Ways to manage Anxiety

Anxiety can occur due to many reasons and by learning ways to manage it can help us to feel less anxious. For example if you feel reactive when making decisions take a moment to engage in the following:

    Calm your mind and body to create space for clear thinking

  • Acknowledge how you’re feeling.

    It’s okay to be stressed - just notice it without judgment.

  • Stop for a moment before reacting.

    Give yourself a break to think things through.

  • Ask yourself

    What’s going on?

    What triggered this feeling?

    What’s the best move?

  • Choose the response that aligns with your goals, values and what’s best for you.
