Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)

What is Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)?

Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy used to help people process traumatic or distressing experiences. Through guided techniques, EMDR helps the brain reprocess difficult memories so they become less overwhelming.

EMDR is commonly used to treat trauma and post-traumatic stress but can also support people experiencing anxiety, phobias, and other emotional difficulties.
